Yoga: how it cured my back pain

We reproduce below how a yoga practitioner recounted his experience in curing his chronic back pain:

I learnt yoga when I was some 20 years old but got bored of it and quit it for good. For the next 25 years, I didn't even once do a yogic exercise.
My office job involves sitting before computer for hours, having meetings, eating snacks and drinking tea almost throughout the day with visitors and clients. Everything went on well, health wise, till I was 46.
